How many people can play?

That depends on how many stations you’d like for us to bring. Our standard 5 stations accommodates up to 20 guests. Or we can adapt to your event and bring more stations (additional cost per station) to ensure everyone gets in on the fun. Each additional station can accommodate between 1 – 4 players depending on the game being played. We encourage and focus primarily on multiplayer titles so your guests get an opportunity to play together, but we do have a few single player experiences.

What games do you offer?

We have many of the most popular titles and genres, from Minecraft, Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart World to Madden, NBA 2K & much, much more. We focus on games that can be played locally on the same screen.

What am I responsible for?

The host should provide tables, access to power and venue access.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Yes, completely. We set everything up, run the experience, and tear it all down. You don’t have to lift a finger in that regard.

For 15 years, I’ve owned and operated GameTruck Charlotte, hosting thousands of gaming events across the Carolinas. I was the first ESports coordinator at North Carolina A&T, and today I teach Esports and Gaming at Johnson C. Smith University. Before all that, I served 20 years as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, so you can count on an event that’s organized, on time, and run with care!
